If there’s one thing we always hope for with a brand-new Pokémon generation, it’s a sense of childlike wonder. Of course, it’s not always a guarantee, especially with a formula that has been followed consistently for the last 26 years, but we always start a new generation with our fingers crossed that we'll be...

That's why they call it the blues
What is The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero? That was probably the question on most players’ lips after the Expansion Pass for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet was revealed. Matcha the mood
As a series, Pokémon is one that has held onto tradition pretty firmly. In the 25+ years since Red & Blue’s release, the fundamentals of the game haven’t really changed – you explore a world, you fight Pokémon, you catch Pokémon. Last year’s Pokémon Scarlet & Violet was the mainline series’ first big attempt to...

This looks pretty cool. Very surprised that they made this so soon.
To be honest as of this comment. I've got mixed feelings on its announcement.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Pokemon there's no denying that. But this feels WAY too soon, it was announced only a month AFTER Legends Arceus released. It looks promising but because of the lacking Sword and Shield, its made me more aware than ever and now? Its gonna a lot to get me on board with this. I seriously hope GameFreak delivers
Honestly, This generation looks AMAZING compared to last generation. The starters are cuter, The legendaries look cooler, the professors are hotter, you can explore the world with 4 of your friends online, It has to do with the past and the future, and the game is open world. This is the pokemon game we NEED
I'm the pokemon fan this games is great l love.
I can’t wait to play this game
I hate it when people call Nintendo Switch "weak". It's not. Yes, it's weaker than newer consoles, but it's not weak. People overuse relativism. Game like Pokémon Scarlet / Violet is not something extraordinarily demanding in terms of tech. Also, it's an exclusive title. The only explanation is that the developer did a poor job while optimizing the game, period. Don't fall into this trap of thinking that "not the best equals bad". It's the same in the Apple universe - people tend to forget that the power of next gen iPhone is almost the same as the previous one. The system doesn't change much, but users would still think they need the newest iPhone to be up to date. This is just insane!
An amazing game that runs like trash. Another 3-6 months of optimizing the game with another team or something could have made this one of the best switch titles. Instead… well, I still think it’s great but it’s just sucks to think how much better it could have been.
I’m stuck on the star barrage and only 1 Pokémon has entered the battlefield and it’s not fighting anything can you please tell me how to fix it
@shinxr4y have to buy it already already come out.
I finished all three stories in a week, but I’m still playing for some reason.
these games arent bad, the only problem is switch hardware limitations locking it to 30fps (most of the time wheneveritwantsfps) and making it look terrible. the game had potential and unfortunately on release it was a buggy mess. to this day though its still a good pokemon game. I rate it an 8/10, I recommend picking up a copy of either if you enjoy pokemon
