I'm excited; I just finished most of the content in the main game so this is timed perfectly for me.

@h3s @rjejr I mean... $15 dollars for a massive map expansion, new characters, new quest lines, and the addition of magic. Likely dozens of hours of content. For... cheaper than the tiny Donkey Kong Bananza DLC.

I have had a ton of fun with this game, so I bought the DLC, no questions asked.

FWIW, based on the number of fast travel spots, the new area appears to be huge. Still too early for me to know if it is worth the money.

There was also a free update today. I don't know everything that was included, but I have already noticed some additional animations, updated icons and 3 visitors that were previously only available in the Apple Arcade version.

Edit: They have also updated the map, much more detail now. Looks great!

@h3s Wanted to say basically the same thing, $15 for some dlc for this game seems crazy. If they want to make it free to start maybe, but this Apple Arcade port being a full priced game already seemed like a big ask, $15 on top of that is juts.

I had a free month if Apple Arcade, it was fun, have considered coughing up the $10 or whatever it cost,to finish it. I got like half thecity, half the flower girl, just started cheering up the island heart. Glad I waited.

The cost is too high for this (and Disney Dreamlight Valley) outside of Apple Arcade. When you are paying for a full priced port (Apple Arcade gets all the new content first) the DLC should be included (Apple Arcade gets the whole thing because DLC isn’t allowed on it).

Didn't see the magical girl transformations coming, pretty funny (and also along with everything else incredibly cute, but that was expected) - looking forward to playing Island Adventure including this DLC when I have the time for it!
