Kirby And The Forgotten Land Codes: Full List Of Kirby Present Codes (+ Star-Crossed World)

You left out "GAMENEWS" which was sent out to every Switch in the US in the News section. 🤷

It's in the article that says "Available Now" in the pic.

Also "KIRBYNEWSDESK" in the News article that says "Get a free Present Code".😂

As a reminder amiibo can be scanned in at any time any you get basically the same stuff the codes give you. May be easier than typing in the codes. I don't have any of the Kirby amiibo, just a few dozen others. Limited to 5 per level or day or something, I stop after 2 or 3.

I don't understand why they would expire?? Like having cheat codes in a game is such an inspired old school move. Don't mess it up

I haven't got the game yet but I'm interested. Can someone tell me if these items you get from the codes that expire are hard to get or limited in some way in-game?

@Sarkos Cakes and Attack Boosts can be bought at shops and Rare Stones are obtained through challenges. Star Coins is just currency. Basically, you're not missing anything special/rare

I'm more interested in where all the different codes came from tbh. Any chance you'll add that for each of them?

I changed my Switch language settings so I could type in the "ほおばりヘンケイでだいぼうけん" code, but the postman Waddle Dee refused to accept it because I had previously input the "MOUTHFULMODE" code already. It seems both codes are considered the same. I think you should at least mention this in the article.

It hasn't been mentioned yet, but I forgot what the reward was...
GAMESTOPCAN was apparently given out to GameStop purchasers in Canada in order to get an extra code. I was able to use it as a US resident. Allegedly, this code expires on April 25th and gives 150 Star Coins and a Maxim Tomato.

There is also THANKYOUKIRBY (in addition to the METAKNIGHT one). Gives 1,000 Star Coins and a Rare Stone.

@rjejr is corret as well, GAMENEWS and KIRBYNEWSDESK are valid codes.

@Sarkos The only things given that are currently particularly noteworthy are the Rare Stones. There are Challenges ingame to obtain them, but they are used for something rather important so getting them early/easier would be valuable. It doesn't appear like any code with the Rare Stones has an experation time. Don't know if that will ever change, either.

@Greatluigi it's perfectly acceptable to live with parents! especially before you've gotten married yourself.
In fact, more people should stay at home longer to save money for big purchases (car, house) and have less debt.

@Sarkos There is one unique thing locked behind the codes. After you put in 5 offline codes (the ones in bold on this page), you get a Figure of the Delivery Waddle Dee, which is required if you want 100% completion.

It gives you 1 Rare Stone and nothing else.

I think KIRBYADVENTURECALI is expired now. It's not working for me. Same with KIRBYGAMESTOPCAN (unless it's location specific, which would make sense since I don't live in either place, but you might want to clarify that in the article).

@Kaijuka They aren't location specific, as I was able to use them in my first playthrough, despite not living in those places. They do seem to have expired.

@Ellie-Moo I'm sure you're done with the game by now, but if anyone else is wondering, no, not at all. it just saves you some grind to get the later upgrades. I don't think it makes the game any easier.

KIRBYADVENTURECALI and KIRBYGAMESTOPCAN both seem dead.
