Anyone know why I can't access SNES games on Switch 2 online? - Help & Troubleshooting Forum

I'm all paid up and have downloaded the N64 and Gamecube apps with no problem, but when it comes to the SNES nope, nothing no downloads?? do I have to pay some extra money, or is there a process I'm not doing.. just can't figure out what the problem is myself. EDIT: Aargh! infuriating, Nintendo support is closed.. all I want to do is play some old Snes games on a service I have paid for! are Nintendo going to give me any money back, of course they aren't.

@supermarido it's a bit of a meme nowadays, but it's amazing how often power cycling kit actually fixes an issue.
